Common questions
How do the alerts work?
Every time we load new prices, we look at the forecourts within your chosen distance of your postcode. If the cheapest price for your fuel has dropped by 1p or more since we last emailed you, we send one email. It lists the 5 cheapest forecourts, how far away they are, and when each price last changed. You never get more than one email a day. If prices are flat or going up, you hear nothing.
Is it free?
Yes. There is no app, no account and nothing to pay. The only emails you will get from us are the alerts you asked for, plus one email to confirm your address when you sign up. You can unsubscribe from any email with one click.
What do you do with my email address?
We keep it with your postcode and your chosen fuel so we can send the alert. We use it for nothing else. We never sell it or pass it on. When you unsubscribe, the alert is switched off straight away. The privacy page says how long we keep the record after that.
